- The platform is delivered online: your account and plan are active within 24 hours of payment, usually straight away. Nothing is shipped.
- 3D models and configurators are delivered on the platform, or as files if you ask, by the date in your quote. Two rounds of changes are included; more are charged at the rate in the quote.
- If we can't meet a delivery date, we tell you as soon as we know, with a new date.
